Our Home care aides are trained professionals

Our home care aides are trained according to states standard and participates in continuous education to benefit our patients.  We strive for excellence in all that we do and continues to seek ways in which we may improve to better serve the community

Support Employment

Educate, expose, empower and assist Individuals in experiencing their full potential in the workplace.

Support  Living

Provide training and assistance in a variety of activities to support individuals in obtaining and maintaining a home of their choice in the community.

Personal Care Assistance

Provide hands-on care for individuals who need assistance with but not limited to personal hygiene, eating, dressing, etc.​

Personal Support

Provide supervision and Facilitate Skills development related to instrumental activities of daily living (ADL)​

Homemaking

Perform household activities which include light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, shopping assistance, and routine household activities ​

Respite

Provide short-term relief for primary caregiver. Providers attend to the patient needs in the absence of the primary caregiver.​

Consumable 

Medical Supplies

Consumable medical supplies are non-durable supplies and items that enable recipients to perform activities of daily living. Consumable medical supplies are of limited usage and must be replaced on a frequent basis. 

Consumable medical supplies can include:


-Diapers, including pull-ups and disposable briefs

-Wipes

-Surgical masks

-Disposable or washable bed or chair pads and adult-sized bibs. 

- Ensure® or other food supplements 

- Feeding tubes and supplies. 

- Dressings that are required for a caregiver to change wet to dry dressing over surgical wounds or pressure ulcers.

- Hearing aid batteries, cords,

- Bowel management supplies 

- Other Items
